Pierce Creek Cattle Company offers pasture-raised beef with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. Our beef is raised in Lonedell, Missouri, just an hour away from St. Louis. We offer beef bundles, and quarter, half, and whole beef packages. Grass-Fed or Grain Finished Beef – Mix and Match available. All orders include free delivery within the St. Louis region. Beef bundles are sold by packaged weight and we offer several different bundle sizes or customers can choose the “build-a-bundle” option and customize their orders. Bundles offer a variety of cuts and the option to have a mix of grass-fed and grain finished beef.
The quarter/half/whole packages are sold by hanging weight which is the preprocessing weight. The average hanging weight for a whole package is 760 pounds and has approximately 450 pounds of ground beef and cut beef. The final finished weight will vary. Quarter packages are filled as a standard package. Our experienced butcher will provide a mixture of steaks and cut beef. Halves and wholes can also be filled as a standard package but if you have more specific requests those can be tailored in a custom package.
